We want you to love your new shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, T.U.K. Footwear Outlet offers a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that clearance items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is in brand new, unworn condition with all original tags and the shoebox included.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the shoes inside a shipping box to protect the original branded shoebox and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
